Absolutely. All pinboards can be shared with guests (no account required). Simply provide them with the URL or join code. Ask them to add their name so their notes can be tracked.
Yes. Each tab on the pinboard can be modified (title, description, number of columns, tab name), and you can hide tabs if you do not need them.
You cannot do free drawing on our pinboards, but you can add as many columns as you want and extend the board to any length.
If you are in a breakout room (e.g., on Zoom or MS Teams) you can set up a tab for each room or group. Alternatively, if you are using it solo or just a few, you can name your tabs anything you need.
The colored dots can be added to identify specific people, or content. You can use the dots for whatever you like. You can also change the color of cards and sticky notes.
